Alien Day at School

Last week was homecoming for SE Polk.  Monday was Alien Day so I made Zay and I head gear. 

Cheese Factory

Yesterday we took a trip to the Kalona Cheese Factory with our friends Heath and Ali and their girls. We had never been there and since Tillamook Cheese Factory in Oregon is too far to go we decided to make a day trip to Kalona to get some yummy cheese. After stopping in the Amana's for lunch we journeyed on to Kalona. Boy, was that place busy!! After watching the assembly line in the little window we stood in line to get our squeeky cheese.  Love squeeky cheese!!  What a fun day of friends, fellowship and food.  The kids even did great!. Might have to do with the video they were watching in the car!
